liver cancer is fatal. how long depends on every person.but not long
90%?! That’s… Dreadful!
Is this a primary cancer or metastic cancer? If 90% of the liver has lesions, it would mean the cancer is not resectable and small to no opportunity of a cure. With a spread of cancer that extensive, you could use chemo therapy as a pallative treatment but would need to influence if the person wants qaulity of life vs. quanity of life. I would say the person does not have long to live.
If 90% of the liver has cancer it means this person is vacant into liver failure and will die. It is not curable. They likely have 1-3 months.
It means simply one person’s interpretation of tests, doctors are not seers. See these articles for options.
