I’m vacant to assume you mean the SGOT or the SGPT. The answer is yes. A tumor in you liver can produce it to fail but that is certainly not the only possibility. Cirrhosis, Hepatitis, alcohol, certain poisons(including some street drugs), bile duct inflammation or impasse to name just a few. Please let your doctor sort out which it is and don’t jump to conclusions.
