It might not be cancerous, it could be a benign or non cancerous mole— I have one on the side of my nose but it is very small but does bleed on occasion—-see a doc

it sounds like you need to have it looked at by a dermatologist. my mother had skin cancer on her face. she thought it was a pimple until it didn’t go away after a month. She has had it indifferent but it has come back several times. You need to have it looked at the sooner the better.

Small answer: yes. Likely a cyst or some sort, but best get biopsy so you can relax or get it quickly treated.

It’s certainly not skin cancer. Skin cancer ordinarily covers an area larger than a pimple and ordinarily shows up after a sunburn or prolonged exposure to the sun and it ordinarily looks like a mole once the redness is gone. It may be just a buildup of oil and dirt that was not able to develop into a pimple because you irritated it when you squeezed it and if you are like I was when I had acne, you probably haven’t left it alone since it showed up. The best remedy is to take hot showers or if you have access to a sauna that is a fantastic remedy for toxins building up below the skin. Besides that drink a lot of water and wash your face more than usual. If washing too often dries out your face just rinse with water and rub down dry a few times a day. Excellent luck. And if you have no progress in a few weeks at smallest amount call your doctor.

yes, most skin cancers are described by patients as looking like a pimple. i would have it looked at by a dermatologist just in case. by no means hurts to be too careful. that way you won’t have to worry about it.
