Are asians less likely to develop skin cancer or more likely?

thіѕ mау seem a small random bυt i wаѕ wondering іf asians (chinese) аrе lіkеlу tο develop skin cancer? apparently chinese dont gеt freckles аftеr being іn thе sun lіkе caucasians ѕο dοеѕ thаt mean thеу′re less lіkеlу οr something?

    They are more likely than a name who is black, but less likely than a name who has red hair and blue eyes. But, ethnicity is only one risk factor.

    I don’t know about asians and skin cancer but I know all about freckles and personally I do not need the sun to have freckles, I am 53 years ancient and have lots of freckles but when I do go in the sun the freckles do multiply, seemingly it has something to do the the pigmentation of the skin and no connection to skin cancer, I still have the freckles during the winter time and I have pale Scottish skin.
